Titular do Ministério das Cidades é o convidado do programa coproduzido pela Secretaria de Comunicação Social da Presidência (Secom/PR) e pela Empresa Brasil de Comunicação (EBC) a partir das 8h

O ministro das Cidades, Jader Filho, é o convidado do programa “Bom Dia, Ministro” desta quarta-feira, 12 de fevereiro, a partir das 8h, para tratar dos principais temas da pasta.

No bate-papo, ele será entrevistado por rádios do país e abordará, entre os principais tópicos, o federalismo climático e as formas de reduzir as desigualdades com investimentos em cidades sustentáveis e seguras. 

Entre os principais programas do Ministério das Cidades no âmbito do enfrentamento aos riscos climáticos está o Água Para Todos, que garante água de qualidade para a população, alcançando as áreas mais remotas do país.

Os investimentos chegam a R$60,7 bilhões. 

Outra iniciativa são os Planos Municipais de Redução de Riscos (PMRR), que têm papel importante na definição de investimentos públicos e privados com intervenções estruturais e não estruturais para redução de riscos.

Logo, são fundamentais para as ações de prevenção e mitigação de desastres. Serão 200 planos municipais até 2026. 

CONTENÇÃO DE ENCOSTAS — Outro tema abordado pelo ministro durante a conversa com radialistas será o investimento de R$1,7 bilhão para obras de contenção de encostas.

As intervenções ocorrem em municípios críticos nas áreas de risco alto ou muito alto e buscam soluções sustentáveis e diálogo com as comunidades locais. 

APOIO A PREFEITOS — Jader Filho falará também sobre como o Ministério das Cidades atua em parceria com as prefeituras para melhorar a qualidade de vida da população brasileira.

Dentro da Secretaria Nacional de Habitação, o Governo Federal destina R$30 bilhões para novas moradias com o Programa Minha Casa, Minha Vida. Já com o Novo PAC, a Secretaria Nacional de Desenvolvimento Urbano e Metropolitano faz a renovação da frota do transporte público com investimento de R$8 bilhões.

A Secretaria Nacional de Saneamento trabalha com R$15 bilhões em projetos de saneamento básico e abastecimento de água.

Para urbanização de favelas e contenção de riscos, são R$15 bilhões disponíveis no âmbito da Secretaria Nacional de Periferias. 

MCMV — Durante a entrevista, o ministro detalhará o Minha Casa, Minha Vida, maior programa habitacional da história do país.

Retomada em 2023, a nova versão do MCMV avançou na questão da localização dos empreendimentos habitacionais, garantindo proximidade ao comércio, a equipamentos públicos e acesso ao transporte público.

Além disso, o programa traz novas formas de atendimento destinadas a ampliar a oferta de moradias, mediante a produção de novas unidades ou a requalificação de imóveis para utilização como moradia, o financiamento da aquisição de unidades usadas e o tratamento do estoque existente por intermédio de linhas de atendimento voltadas a promover a melhoria habitacional.

Desde a retomada, foram R$204,3 bilhões investidos em 1,29 milhão de moradias contratadas.
