Cerimônia marcará posse da nova diretoria focada na valorização dos corretores de imóveis

O Conselho Federal de Corretores de Imóveis (Cofeci) dará início ao triênio 2025-2027 com a posse de sua nova diretoria.

A cerimônia será realizada no próximo dia 29 de janeiro, às 18h30, no Hotel Royal Tulip Brasília Alvorada, em Brasília, reunindo autoridades e representantes do setor imobiliário.

A nova gestão tem como foco principal a valorização da profissão de corretores de imóveis e o fortalecimento do mercado imobiliário em todo o Brasil.

A integração entre os Conselhos Regionais e Federal será essencial para alcançar resultados significativos que beneficiem a categoria.

A eleição da nova diretoria ocorreu em reunião plenária extraordinária, realizada em 14 de agosto, na cidade de Foz do Iguaçu (PR).

João Teodoro (Creci-PR), como presidente,  José Augusto Viana Neto (Creci-SP) como primeiro vice-presidente; Marcelo Silveira de Moura (Creci-RJ), segundo vice-presidente; Rômulo Soares de Lima (Creci-PB), primeiro secretário; Tibério Vitoriano Benevides de Magalhães (Creci-CE), segundo secretário; Valdeci Yase Monteiro (Creci-TO), primeiro tesoureiro; e Vilmar Pinto da Silva (Creci-AL), segundo tesoureiro.
