MS em Ação leva segurança e cidadania à aldeia Porto Lindo; mais de 4 mil indígenas serão atendidos

A Aldeia Porto Lindo, lar de 6 mil indígenas das etnias Guarani e Ñandeva-Guarani no município de Japorã, se prepara para receber a 6ª edição do programa MS em Ação: Segurança e Cidadania.

Nos dias 5 e 6 de abril, a Escola Municipal Indígena Mbo’Ehao Tekoha Guarani Polo será palco do mutirão que visa atender mais de 4 mil indígenas com serviços essenciais, como emissão de documentos (RG, CPF, título de eleitor e carteira de trabalho), consultas médicas e odontológicas, vacinação e até mesmo casamentos e divórcios.

A iniciativa, promovida pela Sejusp (Secretaria de Justiça e Segurança Pública) e a SEC (Secretaria de Estado da Cidadania), em parceria com mais de 40 órgãos públicos e privados, busca não apenas levar cidadania, mas também aproximar a comunidade indígena da segurança pública.

Polícias Civil e Militar e Corpo de Bombeiros realizarão atendimentos dentro da aldeia, permitindo a confecção de boletins de ocorrência, denúncias de crimes e orientações sobre prevenção da violência e acidentes domésticos.

Na sexta-feira (21), a secretária da Cidadania, Viviane Luiza, e o secretário-executivo de Segurança Pública da Sejusp, Wagner Ferreira da Silva, participaram na prefeitura de Japorã, de uma reunião preparatória para a realização da 6ª edição do programa MS em Ação: Segurança e Cidadania.

Também estiveram presentes no encontro o prefeito da cidade, Vitor Cunha (Malaquias), a vice Ana Cristina Teodoro (Aninha), a secretária de Saúde de Japorã, Ivoni Maciel Gões, a secretária de Assistência Social, Luciana Mittlstadt, o vereador Dorival Velásquez, o cacique da Aldeia Porto Lindo, Onesio Dias e o vice, Bento Hara.

Nos dois dias do mutirão de atendimentos, os indígenas poderão emitir documentos como RG, CPF, título de eleitor e carteira de trabalho, colocar as vacinas dos filhos e dos animais de estimação em dia, passar por consultas médicas e odontológicas, além de casar e divorciar, por exemplo.

“Nosso compromisso é promover o diálogo, a inclusão social e a cidadania, não deixando ninguém para trás” garante a secretária da Cidadania.

Desde a sua criação, no início de 2023, o Programa MS em Ação: Segurança e Cidadania já atendeu mais de 30,4 mil indígenas e emitiu para moradores das aldeias de Dourados, Amambai, Paranhos, Miranda e Caarapó,  mais de 6,5 mil documentos, sendo a grande maioria de primeiras emissões ou primeiras vias.

“Este ano o MS em Ação estará presente em Japorã, Porto Murtinho e Antônio João. Escolhemos essas comunidades por serem locais distantes e de difícil acesso, o que dificulta a aproximação dessas pessoas dos serviços públicos essenciais”, explica o secretário-executivo de Segurança da Sejusp.

Aldeia Porto Lindo

A Aldeia Porto Lindo, demarcada em 1928 e homologada em 1991, possui 1.647 hectares e tem o Guarani como língua oficial.

A subsistência da comunidade vem principalmente da agricultura, e a aldeia conta com escolas de educação infantil e ensino fundamental e médio, além da primeira banda de percussão indígena do Brasil.

O programa MS em Ação: Segurança e Cidadania, oficializado como ação estratégica da Sejusp em 2024, já atendeu mais de 30,4 mil indígenas em Mato Grosso do Sul, emitindo mais de 6,5 mil documentos.

A edição em Japorã promete ser mais um passo importante na promoção da cidadania e na aproximação da segurança pública das comunidades indígenas do estado.
