Como representante de Mato Grosso do Sul no Senado Federal e ex-prefeito de Campo Grande por dois mandatos seguidos, o senador Nelsinho Trad (PSD) conhece de perto os desafios enfrentados pela população de Campo Grande, especialmente no que se refere à mobilidade urbana e infraestrutura viária.
“É por isso que trabalhamos para garantir R$ 110 milhões em recursos federais para a construção de dois novos viadutos, que irão desafogar o trânsito em pontos estratégicos da cidade”, comentou o senador Nelsinho Trad, em reunião com os vereadores de Campo Grande e a imprensa local.
As obras serão realizadas nas rotatórias da Avenida Mato Grosso com a Via Parque e da Avenida Gury Marques com a Avenida Senador Mendes Canale (rotatória da Coca-Cola).
“Esses locais sofrem diariamente com congestionamentos, o que impacta na rotina de milhares de campo-grandenses”, destacou o senador.
Esses recursos são resultado dos R$ 600 milhões em emendas da bancada federal de MS destinados para o Estado.
A partir de agora, com essa reunião, a participação dos vereadores será fundamental para a definição de prioridades e para garantir que os recursos cheguem onde são mais necessários.
“Os vereadores também vão atuar na fiscalização dessas obras, para assegurando a aplicação correta dos investimentos”, comentou a coordenadora da bancada federal, senadora Soraya Tronickie.
No próximo dia 18, o presidente da Câmara Municipal, Papy, terá um novo encontro com a bancada federal e vai apresentar o relatório de obras já em andamento com os recursos federais enviados de emendas individuais dos parlamentares e com apresentação de projetos considerados necessários para a Capital.
“Vamos trabalhar em parceria”, comentou Papy.
Com essa articulação entre a bancada federal, Câmara Municipal, Governo do Estado e Prefeitura, segundo o senador Nelsinho Trad, estamos garantindo avanços concretos para melhorar a infraestrutura, a mobilidade urbana e a qualidade de vida da população.
